Still heading upwards. Still not unhappy with my weight, just concerned about when this stops. I remember hearing that the bounce back is typically 10% to 20% of lost weight. If I regain 20% of my biggest loss, which was about 140 lbs, then I would regain about 28 lbs from my lowest I would guess, which would put me right at 128 lbs or thereabouts, which would be a good weight for me. Actually my main goal has been to be in a normal BMI range and not overweight, which would be around 140 lbs tops. I could live with that but I still plan on taking action if I start to get around 130 lbs.
I still don't understand why I didn't do anything after my first WLS when the regain got out of control. It was pretty gradual at first, 15 lbs the first year, about 10 or so the next. I just kept going up and thinking it would stop on it's own for some reason without me doing anything different. I know better now, at least I hope so. In the mean time I am kind of looking forward to getting some curves back.

Maybe see if your body fat has lowered. Remember, the BMI chart is not totally accurate. Also how do your clothes feel REGARDLESS of what the scale says?
