I'm at 120 this week. I actually saw 119 one day but that didn't repeat. So, back to pre-holiday weight with a pound bouncy range + or -.

I DON'T want the 3 lb bouncy range this high up...If I have to have it...let the top end be the 142 not the bottom end, LOL

The weeks it goes down are great, the weeks it goes up are probably unnerving. At least you know your range.

last fall I was up to 137. I hired a personal trainer, and six or eight weeks later I hit another all-time low of 128. Then I fell off the ladder, injured my foot and bounced back up. I exercised for the first time in 12 weeks yesterday. I want to get back to the 128. My fluctuation range is way too large for me.
OUCH on hurting your foot....
Glad it's getting better and you can get back to exercising.

I must have missed last week because I can't find it in my latest posts.

Today 133.5
I have been bouncing up and down with large changes each day. No idea why. I really need to get back on track and start exercising. I just can't hardly stand to go outside in the cold(we are not nearly as cold as some of the others on here). I am just freezing all the time.
Off to play practice this afternoon.
