b  hot whole grain cereal, half banana, egg.tsp peanut butter, skim milk

S half a ww tortilla, cheese stick, deli ham

L piece bacon, pierogi, eggs, spinach

S greek yogurt, cranberries, walnuts, bran buds

d probably veggie salad with some kind of protein

S popcorn with tiny bit of olive oil

No miles vites good, fluids 10 cups so far

Wow - look at all these great menus... and then mine... :(  Back on track today (Monday).  My sister and I are decarbing and lowcarbing together and getting back on track.

b - 1/2 piece of wheat toast

L/D - 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza

S - popcorn

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
