This is my first time posting here. I'm going to post yesterday's food. I can't tell if I'm supposed to post today's planned food or yesterday's consumed food :-).
B. protein coffee
s 2 oz yogurt, 1 tsp hemp,flax,chia seed blend
lunch 2 oz tuna, 1 tsp ff mayonnaise, 3 reduced fat wheat thins
s protein coffee.
D 2 oz salmon
Vitamin and calcium in. I'm going to see a personal trainer this week to get started with a workout program

B: Coffee then protein yogurt w/ flax seeds = 38g
L: Quiche Lorraine = 15g
S: 15g of Roasted chik peas = 10g
S: Lemon ice tea protein = 23g
D: More Quiche and few leaves of spinach salad = 15g
S: Hot chocoalte protein = 23g
Only housework for miles and all my vitamins and water in...
