2nd B - bacon and an egg

S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - NutThins

D - pot roast and veggies
S - maybe some CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon 
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none

This is my first time posting here. I'm going to post yesterday's food. I can't tell if I'm supposed to post today's planned food or yesterday's consumed food :-).

B. protein coffee 

s 2 oz yogurt, 1 tsp hemp,flax,chia seed blend

lunch 2 oz tuna, 1 tsp ff mayonnaise, 3 reduced fat wheat thins

s protein coffee. 

D  2 oz salmon

Vitamin and calcium in. I'm going to see a personal trainer this week to get started with a workout program

I haven't really planned for today

 

breakfast: yogurt

snack: Spanish peanuts-1/4 cup

lunch: 1.6 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese and six Triscuit crackers

i'm still deciding on the rest of the day.

Miles-40 minutes this morning, planning to finish my last 20 before dinner.

breakfast-steel cut oats with 3/4 c. Skim milk

snack-Premier Choc. with small froz. Banana

lunch-1.25 oz. Chicken thighs with 3/4 c. Mixed veggies

dinner-chicken breast 3 oz.

snack-another shake or a protein bar

Happy Sunday everyone!

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt w/ flax seeds  = 38g

L:  Quiche Lorraine = 15g

S:  15g of Roasted chik peas = 10g

S:  Lemon ice tea protein = 23g

D:  More Quiche and few leaves of spinach salad = 15g

S:  Hot chocoalte protein = 23g

Only housework for miles and all my vitamins and water in...
