I forgot to get chicken out of the freezer so I think I'm going to order some crispy duck tonight - yummo!! I used to avoid it pre-DS due to the high fat content, but it's health food these days - yay!!

Sounds delicious! My boys always beg for crispy duck with pancakes when we have take away!

Forgot a few vitamins today as I was on the run. Lots of water and I JOINED a gym. Major NSV for me. So no miles but the intent was there!
