new saying
I read this a few minutes ago on Sparkpeople and it hit home.
Weigh and measure your food, not yourself.
Sure makes sense and when I was in losing mode, that was what kept me going and positive when I wasn't losing. I knew I was doing it right even if the pounds were not disappearing and that they would in time. Good to remember.

Thank you for the reminder Price. That is so true. Sometimes we could find out that what we thought was 1/2 cup of food we are eating are in reality 3/4 or 1 cup. Good reminder plus ( I am guilty of this ) weighting too often if the numbers go up sometimes can throw us into a eating binge. Thanks again for the reminder.

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

As we CAN eat more, it sure is easy to. Amazing what that 1 oz of cheese can really weigh.

yeah, I'm bad about eyeballing these days. I got a new battery for my scale but haven't put it in yet. I'm sure my ounces have grown.
