Hi Roz - is this Dr your bariatric Dr or the one that is helping your bladder? Is the Lemon Tea irritating you? If not - don't give it up, if so... I do think it's a trial and error test in this case. It sounds like you're doing better though.
My eating hasn't been great. I'm afraid to step on the scale... my pants are tight... and I just bought a bigger size.
B - 2 pieces of bacon and coffee
L - Arby's roast beef and cheddar sandwich - about 3/4 of it... (see!)
S - 2 chocolate chip cookies - AND I'm NOT a sweet eater! (in a meeting and I was bored)
D - a skewer of grilled chicken with Glory sauce and tomato bisque soup
S - yes those darn corn chips.. ugh..

I did know they put stuff in the chicken (cheap way to boost the weight and charge you more) but I didn't know it had MSG in it. Hope you get this all figured out.
Walked with Thor and did muscle pump. Ran tons of errands and had meetings. Still behind. Now hoping I can catch up over the weekend.
