I am having some serious issues with dizzinesss lately. Is this normal. It used to happen on rare occasions but today alone I've gotten dizzy four times and almost blacked out. Is this something normal?

Not normal. Please make an appointment with your primary care doc soonest. If it continues to get worse over night and tomorrow, head to the ER. Keep us posted.

Not normal. Dehydration can cause dizziness.

Not good. My DH suffers from vertigo.

Well I have an appointment for friday. I hope the doc can figure this out. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday. Thank goodness.

Are you on blood pressure meds? When I had problems with dizziness after having lost more than 50 lbs, I was sent to a cardiologist, who asked why my other doctor had never adjusted my blood pressure meds after surgery. Instead of taking large doses of 4 blood pressure meds I now take only 1 blood pressure medication--and it is a much smaller dose. No dizziness since then!
