Oh dear, I need a color too and I used to do it every 2 weeks, but now I only do it about once a month, that's so bad I know ;-)

I spent an hour packaging up 3 weeks worth of vits and I just did a mini re-order too.  I've requested more info on the elemental numbers in magnesium citrate from the manufacturers - hopefully they'll reply soon as the elemental number can really vary from the headline number.

Having a miserable evening as I am suffering with a sudden onslaught of gas.  Like my stomach has bloated up to 2x it's size and if i push on it I burb these HORRIBLE sounding burps.  I want to roll on the floor it is so bad.  I don't know where it comes from - maybe the garlic in my faux lasagna.  It was a new recipe so it is the only thing "new" on my menu today. But never again!

Yes to vits and water and some exercise.
