reminder to all
A post this morning made me remember what an old boss and mentor used to tell me about flexing my time. He said we can remember those days we stayed late a lot easier than we can remember those days we leave early.
Same goes with food. We remember those days we stuck right with the program and were "good" a lot easier than we remember those cookies, piece of chocolate, etc that we ate.
Same goes with exercise. We remember those days we had a great workout, run, class a lot easier than those days the meetings, weather, etc got in the way and we had no workout at all.
Just saying..........

We really need to be honest with ourselves about how well we are REALLY following our plan. We need to own our actions (for me for example not counting the calories in my coffee creamer is a big one)
