busy day here. Wish I could have walked and but it was below 20 and I was busy busy all day. I did get to muscle pump this evening and it felt good to work out. I am getting a cold, of course, right before I leave for the weekend but I am pumping in the zinc and C. I think we are out of zcam but I need to get some tomorrow cause that stuff really works.

1/2 a lemon tea, dropped the blender bottle and it broke and spilled, boo hoo it was my favorite bottle.

Got my labs done last week and got them back today. Cholesterol is back up over 200 so I bet they put me back on meds. Darn, I loved being on no meds. I'll post them as soon as I can get them added to my spreadsheet.

Awe....sorry about your bottle. I cracked my favorite bottle right before Christmas. All of the hinting in the world didn't put a new one under the Christmas tree. Lemon Tea stinks when it dries....did it get on your carpeting?

OHHHH, no, it was on the driveway so I didn't have to worry about it.
