Good Monday Everyone,

I know lots of kids aren't going to be happy to be returning back to school today.    We have so very much everyday of our lives to be grateful for.    Today I am grateful that we are in our new year.    With that being said....that brings us new beginnings with our exercise and eating, food choices and getting back on track from the holidays.    I don't do New Years Resolutions....they never stick for me.   I try to take life one day at a time and if I'm having a hard time then one hour at a time.    Whatever works for you.   I am so grateful for the internet and all the programs that you can download to help you keep track of your exercise, food intake and calories.    Grateful for my home, my heat in my home, family, friends, encouraging words from others, electricity, my car, husband's job and to be honest everything in my life.    Grateful to God who let me wake up today and has given me another chance to live a better life today than yesterday.    Just so grateful for everyone and everything in my life.    PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a blessed day !!!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Grateful the power didn't go out in my town with the bitter cold and snowy conditions they have.  My daughter has to work tonight (outside for the most part) and SO glad she didn't have to this past weekend with all the snow, etc.  It will still be cold and she needs to stay warm!
