Good Morning LW'S!!! I hope anyone living in the high wind alert zones have the option to stay in this morning. The wind chill factor is suppose to be -36 today. I'm Praying DH's company lets them stay inside. He promised to call me often today so I don't keep worrying.
I'm posting early because since schools are delayed and I don't have to get DGD's to school I'm going into work so I can the work done that I didn't get to do because of my 3 hour Dr. appt. on Friday. I doubt I will have time to post again until this evening.

Happy Monday! I am getting myself back on track as I gained about 6lbs over the last two months :\ Here goes nothin!
B: egg frittata with spinach, peppers, center cut bacon, and a tiny bit of potato.
L: leftover stuffed pork tenderloin (spinach, proscuitto, and mozzarella) with a side of cannelini beans and raddiccio in tomato sauce
S: two tablespoons Sabra roasted pepper hummus with some cucumber slices and three baby sweet bell peppers
D: balsamic chicken with mushrooms and a side of sauteed spinach
S: I don't think I will have one but maybe an ice pop
Miles: 30 minutes elliptical at the gym

I've struggled with protein since forever. I can't stand the shakes and protein bars aren't worth the calories/carbs. I got 63 grams yesterday and that was high for me. I just have never found a protein drink that I can stomach and believe me I've tried everything. I know I should just suck it up and chug it down but I'm just not there yet. :(

I love cheesecake too!! I used to put SF cheese cake pudding powder in my Fage Greek Yogurt....yum!!! I haven't had that in a long time. I'm allowed Fage so I need to find out if I'm allowed the pudding. I'm guessing not. Just checked and I'm not allowed. It contains the word Phenylalanine on the label whatever that is.
Sounds 95% Good...LOL.

We are getting the bitter cold and high winds moving in this afternoon. My place in MI got hit hard with the snow - 15.5" That's almost unheard of anymore there. This winter is coming in hard! My sister sent me pics... and the COLD! My daughter has to go work in it tonight (I'm SO grateful she didn't have to work the past few days in this snow/cold). It will still be cold but hopefully the snow will stop and get cleaned up for the most part. My sister just told me they have parts of the interstate closed off because of 4' drifts and cars in the ditch/median.
My eating hasn't been good for the past week or so. I need to get back on track here. Good news is - I found a new shaker cup in my cupboard! Maybe I'll use it - lol.

15.5 "....I can't even imagine!!! DH and I didn't get much sleep last night because the wind was so bad. We've been told we live on the highest part in our county. We can see blinker lights miles away during the summer. During the 4th of July fireworks we can see groups of fireworks in every direction. My porch was empty this morning and DH had to go find everything. I always feel so bad for him but he doesn't seem to mind the cold.
I don't remember...what is the scrambled egg goodies? My Dr. wants me to eat 1 scrambled egg and then add eggbeater whites so make up for my Protein drink. Since I definitely can't drink the Mint Cookie for breakfast I guess I will try the eggs.
I told my DH I wanted a new shaker cup for Christmas but I didn't get one. Men don't really listen.

All of the schools in our are were closed today and again tomorrow. I guess temperature is a record low for our area. I was shocked when I heard the list of stores that are closed.
Do you put anything in your yogurt to sweeten it? It's just soooo sour to me. It really surprises me that I am allowed to have Fage.
I was going to make meatloaf for dinner tomorrow but I made meatballs instead. We have the DGSons tomorrow night and the meatballs will be easier to get them to eat.
