I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale this morning. Being away for 9 days, I wasn't sure what to expect. I did skate twice, went skiing, and sledding so that is probably what kept me in my comfort zone. I say this because, I ate a lot of stuff that was, well, questionable.
