Sunday Weigh In
Sorry you are bored at work.
As to the upward trend...I suspect you will figure out when to put on the breaks.

I don't recall what my weight was last week but I know that in the past two months I have been about where I am. I'm weighing in at 177 even. It's disappointing but I am not giving up just yet. I know I've been doing poorly with my water, protein, and even calories since I started to try loosing weight. I do not pretend to be at a loss. I know what's going on and why. I just need to get past this smoking thing and get back on track with my program. SO yes I'm weighing in at a womping 177 but I do not plan on staying here forever.
I don't know what counts as forever but I was stuck at one weight about 5 months before the scale moved again.
But focus on protein and fluids and good luck on the smoking.

I was holding at 124 but lately I've been at 123. We'll see if it sticks. I feel fatter though - more rolls in the mirror and a higher body fat % on the scale. I hope I'm not no losing more muscle! Not that I take the body fat percentage on my scale too seriously. It's not that accurate.
