I'm bouncing but this week I have seen 129 more than 130. Maybe next week it will be 129 and 128? Maybe?????

Have been eating leftover ham all week, too salty. Actually have doing well eating wise all week except the extra salt. I did change my exercise up a bit and have been pretty sore,

Well I'm up a couple of pounds today but I hope to be back down next week. Yesterday I de-carbed and de-grazed. Lord, de-grazing is hard! So, last week was around 120 and this week is around 122.

Still an upward trend. I wish I could say it was from holiday indulgence but I really don't feel like I've been doing anything different then last year but I admit I am not tracking so who knows? My clothes still fit exactly the same, which is weird to me. A few people have said I look better but most don't seem to notice. I guess 6 or 7 pounds isn't as noticeable to anyone but me. One thing I have figured out though is I had been thinking of not weighing myself but going by my clothes but now I see that probably wouldn't be effective if I can gain 7 lbs and still wear the same clothes. I'm hoping to stop around 110 and hang around there for a while but ultimately I think 120 - 125 will be my range. I'm still not eating sugar or gluten but I haven't been watching my carbs and gluten free things are high in carbs as well so I may have to cut some things out.
Well, back to work. It drags more since we can't use electronics but I guess I am in denial because I keep thinking they will say "only kidding, go back to your tablets".
