I think my cold is less severe than DH's. I haven't even had a fever like he did.
I was reading more on your situation and will send you a link. I came away with the importance of avoiding potassium and potassium rich foods. Docs are pretty much guessing about all the other foods they advise against. I can understand highly acidic foods but if they're saying you can have an orange with your meds you can mostly like have anything else with meds.

I agree about the logging your food, which you already do, and keeping a pain diary to compare it to. Do you know how long it takes something to go from eating to hurting? That would help you tie pain back to what you ate.
I did warm up to 40 but was cooling down again by the time I got in. Ran errands this morning, then drove Halley. We have a competition next weekend in Aiken and I am having a devil of a time getting the pony ready with all the rain and cold.

She said the pain can start right away or not until the next day. My Mint Cookie happened within 15 minutes so that's going back on the shelf until I'm healed up. I'm having the Lemon Tea this morning and then I won't be eating until after church and I'm Praying I can handle it. Gina suggested I try Vanilla and Unflavored so I'm going to look for those this afternoon.
It got to 35 here but it still felt like it was freezing. By Tuesday it is going to be below zero. DH is dreading going to work already. I'm hoping the cold weather convinces him that maybe he should retire.
Sounds Good Price!
