CHat???

Did anyone find out any info on the chat and how it is or what times it is? I would like to utilize this opiton but need more info.. don't even know how to find it. So any info would be appreciated. I coudl use the live support.

I looked for it the last time but didn't find it... I'll poke around some more.

I had found it but couldn't get on because I did not have proper whatever on my computer...firefly or silverlight...I cannot even find it anymore ..it was under forums or community or resources....can we ask admin? SEAVIEW

I imagine it's Silverlight which is what Internet Explorer uses.
