Glad you had a nice time on your ski trip! I hate the snow but all of the ski lodges I have been to have beautiful fireplaces and I would love to just curl up with a book.

I go to my new person tomorrow afternoon about my cramps. They have been super bad the last couple of days. I am guessing it is from the pork that was cooked in sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is on my do not eat list.

Hi Roz. Yes, for 2 years I didn't think about "dieting" for a New Years resolution and it was awesome. I don't like to think of it as a diet either, it's a lifestyle change. I've let some bad habits creep back in and need to kick them back out. Only by doing that will I be able to get back to where I want to be.
Slept until 11, so I will start with lunch!
L - coffee and leftover breakfast scramble stuff
D - 1 fried pickle and a chicken breast with cheese/tomato/lettuce (supposed to be a sandwich, but told them not to bring the bun) and some sweet potato fries. That really was my only carb

water: ok, a little low as usual
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I didn't get out of my nightgown until 3:00!
I've gained a couple pounds just since my cramping has been diagnosed and I need to get them off. I've been eating a few more carbs and even though they do make my bladder cramps ease up I think it's just an excuse to eat them because then I turn around and eat something that flares it up. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
I hope you got more Protein in!
