WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Hello LW's!!!!! How many times will you write 2013 before it sinks in? This week I enter our billing into the computers and I finally gave up and I have been copying and pasting the date. After being super busy with the holidays and then super lazy all day yesterday it feels good to be back to work. Everyone else must be getting back into the groove also because our phones and FAX machine have been ringing like crazy.

I remember those pizzas. Haven't had one in years.
I left home early this morning to do fasting labs. My 3 yr WLS appt is the 17th, several months late but I was waiting for my new insurance to kick in this month. It has been a cold rainy drizzle all day so no walks. A meeting at 2 with staff and 6 with the carriage club. Eating is going to be off but I am stressing protein on a high stress day.
decaf protein coffee 33g
eggbeaters, cheese, spinach
decaf protein coffee 33g
roasted chicken leg quarter, artichoke
It got worse. I had 3 small pieces of sweet bread at the meeting then was hungry when I got home and had leftover ham, asperagus and a protein bar. Oh well. Stess and weird hour eating.

DH loves them with hamburger. I might try making a carbquik crust. Either way I can't have the sauce. Which vitamin labs do you have to fast for? I was never told to fast but I've read it on here several times.
I hope your stress level evens out!
Good menu planned so far!!

I think the fasting is for Cholesterol. One meeting down, some stress gone.

I have to be very careful with hot chocolate. I have to use the no sugar added packets and I'm pretty sure I couldn't use the coffee mate.
Your day is starting our Good....keep it up!
