WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

We woke up to a lot of snow this morning. DH went hunting but it's almost 2:00 and I am still in my nightgown...haha.
I think staying up to late is part of my problem too. If I were "dieting" I wouldn't even think of eating after 8:00. Maybe I should consider doing that.
I soooo miss my Wendy's chili!!!
Sounds Good!

I have eliminated my morning snack and shifted my meal/snack times to 730, 12 noon , 3pm, 6 pm and 9 pm. I enjoy that evening snack, but sometimes i just keep on eating. If I can't learn to control this, i will have to eliminate that evening snack but I really don't want to.

I dozed off a couple of times at DD's before the ball dropped. I don't know how that was possible with the noise level from the adults playing games and the grandkids squealing but it happened.
Sounds Good Linda!

I'll be in bed way before the new year arrives, lol.
It was cold and windy here all day, never made it to 40. But I walked Thor this morning then drove Halley this afternoon. Then this evening while cooking dinner the brand new microwave stopped working. I am way over this. So hopefully we can just take it back and get a new one tomorrow but it is big and heavy and a pain to deal with.

Wow...you haven't had it very long. Hopefully they will take it back. I bought mine at Walmart and I think they take everything back.
I never thought to put cheese in my ham and bean soup. I have some in the freezer so I need to remember to try that.
Sounds Good Price!

When you are so used to going to bed early it probably would be hard for you to feel refreshed in the morning if you stayed up late. Midnight or a little after is my usual time. Apparently I did dose off a couple of times though.
I'm having a lazy day here. It's almost 2:00pm and I'm still in my nightgown. Lots of snow and the house seems really cold.
