Well here it is, 2014 is just a few hours away. I have my meals planned out for the day and I'm ready to bring in the new year the right way. Not that it's any different than I have spent the last year but my mind set has changed and that's all that matters. I look forward to reaching my weight loss goal this year and maintaining it for the rest of my life. I look forward to a wedding, a big move, my sons graduation, and continued education. This year has a lot in store for me and I am taking it one day at a time, Enjoying each day but preparing for the future. I'm done waiting for my life to happen I'm making it happen each and every day. I finally got this surgery under my thumb. I figured out how to make it work for me and I"m doing it. I have a lot to look forward to this year. A lot of changes are coming and they are all changes for the better. This is going to be a good year. I can feel it. I will reach goal this year. I will be half way through my bachelors degree. I will be living in my new home in a new state. I will be married. And I will be on my way to getting my future set up. I'm excited for every new day being a step closer to my goals. I look forward to enjoying each new day and each new experience. I want to wish each and every one of you a Happy Healthy new year.
