Menus and Miles Sunday Dec. 29th
HI Roz and all!
Eating wasn't great today... went to my daughters' tonight to see the girls. I leave for VA tomorrow for a fe weeks. My 2nd ex was there and he made fudge and peanut brittle for me.. ugh. He said "here this is for you and your parents, I know you can't eat much of it".. So what did I do? When I got home I ate 2 pieces. One was butterscotch and the other chocolate. Yes, I didn't feel that great afterwards either...
B - some more of the egg/sausage/veggie/cheese bake. I *may* have it gone tomorrow
L - 2 pieces of pizza
D - some chili (small bowl) with cheese and some bacon cheese pretzels
Vits: yes
water: a little low

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I don't think I could have gotten to the 2nd piece. My heart starts beating so hard after a few bites.
I just told Linda E. that I really miss my Wendy's Chili!!!
