WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

We went to the Coach's Christmas party last night and although I didn't over eat the meal (pretty much all pasta variations) I did have a very thin slice of cheesecake and a few pieces of licorice hard tack. I could have done soooo much worse though. I also had 2 Protein Drinks.
DGD's 6th Birthday Party today. It's her first "Big Girl" party. She is super excited

YEP...I have today off. We got off 3 hours early yesterday. It's 1:00 and I still have my nightgown on. I forgot my purse and phone at my DD's last night so I'm even enjoying the phone not ringing.
I think the carbs in the cheesecake found my scales....haha. Time to decarb!

I bought DH some bananas thinking he wouldn't eat the extra ripe ones so I could make some CQ banana muffins and he only left 1! I guess I shouldn't have just assumed. He probably didn't want to waste them.
I REALLY miss my Wendy's Chili! I haven't found anything that I enjoy enough at lunch to eat it every day.
