This week...no weight as I have been up since 2AM and needed something to eat/drink...

Stalled... hopefully breaking the stall cuz I'm down a pound since last week ( since yesterday )

Last week I weighed 177.6

this week 176.4

The week before 175.6

everytime I stall I gain a few pounds then at the end of the stall I loose what I gained and a pound or two more within a few days. I've lost a pound since yesterday so hopefully this is the end of the stall

I didn't step on the scales this morning either but I've been pretty consistent all last week--maintaining 119-120. We're dog-sitting the puggle and he does require a lot of attention. When I start tossing and turning in bed he wakes up....{sigh}

I am ok with that. I really want to get to 140 before my year check up first week of FEB..

My New Years plan (not resolution) is to do Couch to 10 k  started this week

 

Last year I couldnt even  get out and walk, let alone run.

Anne, you stayed pretty stable...considering it's a holiday week, that is no small feat.

I'm glad you have a plan to better yourself. I actually do ONE resolution each year and it's been the same one for a decade...been easy to keep too...to NOT make any other resolutions!
