Sorry about your funk. I know that loosing Charlie is hard. Glad you are staying stable. As for me, I'm now at the top end of the comfort zone.

Last week: 139

This week: 141

I'll have to be as careful as possible over the next couple of weeks, I'm headed to my daughter's house for some much needed grandma time. The next couple of weeks will be hard because in their small town, there are not many healthy options. I will also be away from my scale, so I must find a way to get some exercise in, even though it has been averaging -11 degrees there.

158~~so slow but steady

Today, at 4.5 months from the sleeve, I have met my doctor's first goal for my weight loss. I am so excited. I plan to continue working towards my personal goal which Dr said was definitely possible. It is amazing how slow the process seems on a daily basis yet to review 4.5 months in hindsight, it is so quick. It has been a blessing!

I have been in a 2 month stall and have not lost a pound since then! I added strength training but that shouldn't stop weight loss this early out.  I am at a impass on what to do!

Believe in yourself and don't ever stop dreaming!

Maybe post on Miles and Mins to see if they can help figure out the issue.

Also, are you measuring yourself? Many months I would have no loss but lose inches.

I've been hanging around 124. I'm moving into a new phase in this journey. I stopped food journaling and I don't weigh every day. It's been about 6 months and the weight has been steady the whole time.

My son is finally moving out! He's planning to move Jan 3rd. He's taking his dog with him. So Mini-Mac and I got cats!

Yeah! Both on staying steady and to your son moving out.
