I am up about .06, not much but I'm not liking this bounce back at all. I like the weight okay, I just hate watching the scale go up, if that makes sense. I saw my doctor last week and officially, since my last visit in September, I am up 5 lbs. Not a whole lot but it sure feels that way when it's a gain. Still trying to figure out a goal weight, lol. Sometimes I think I will keep it under 110 and other days I think 120. I'm still waiting to see where this bounce back takes me.

I weighed yesterday, but not today. I got to my OMG weight this past Monday, and was down 3 lbs from that.... scared to get on the scale after yesterday! I didn't go overboard but had stuff that wasn't on my menu (Christmas get-together). I quit eating WAY before everyone else did - so that was good.
Back on track today!
Sorry about the funk - I think with the stresses of this time of year, it's easy to do.
