I ate kid's meals everywhere we went, in every park. If you eat at counter meal places it's easier to do. At the sit down restaurants, they are not as willing to allow an adult to order a kid's meal. Some examples-in Epcot(Mexico)I had empanadas with grapes and carrots. I ate the two small empanadas and carried the carrots and grapes for later. In our resort, my kid's breakfast was an egg white omelette with Canadian bacon and cheese. Again, I took the fruit with me.
At a sit down dinner in "Japan" I had a side salad(only a few bites)and an appetizer of chicken. In Animal Kingdom I ordered an Asian salad with grilled chicken and almonds and made sure to eat all the protein and just a little bit of the salad.
pack protein drinks, bars, almonds, etc. healthy snacks. It was not a problem at all!
let me know how you make out!
