Sorry it's been awhile
I have been mia due to school... This was my final week of school and I have been struggling so much with the work I am barely passing the class and will find out next week if I got a passing grade or not but between that and all of the christmas cookies I've been making I haven't had time to get on. I haven't really had time to take care of myself either. I have been slacking on my protein and definitely on my liquid intake, sometimes being lucky to even get 8 oz in in a day. I'm exhausted but finished my school work today and am hoping to be back on track today. I started my day off with a protein shake which I am half way through and I'm going to do a second one after this one is finished. Oh I LOVE the banana and cream and I LOVE the orange cream. I want to get some sugar free icecream and mix it into like a milk shake or maybe mix it with milk and add ice. Idk, it just seems like it should be made into a thick shake like mcdonalds would sell. I LOVE THEM. My nut is exactly that, a NUT!!! She told me to cut my calories and cut my protein to start loosign weight... well it's been two weeks and I have gained almost two pounds since her suggestion. TOday is a new day and I'm going back to what was working. Screw her and her suggestions. I finally found my vitamins and started taking those again too. I don't have a script for my prilosec and am suffering terribly from heart burn. that is not any different than presurgery. I need to get that script cuz ouch am i sick. I'm looking forward to after the holidays. I'm going to be moving out of state and have to start getting my **** together. I'm going through soooo much right now and trying to stay focused on my weight loss. I'm scared that I'm not going to continue to loose. I don't want to be in the obese catagory for the rest of my life i want to be in a normal weight range. UGH... I'm super emotional today and have been very random over the past week. So if this doesn't make sense I appologize.
Hope you get done with your schooling and life gets back to normal. A couple of thoughts from your message. Prilosec comes over the counter. You can get the generic for less at CVS or walmart, probably anywhere. Better than being sick.
I'm sure SF icecream would make the shakes great, but although it is SF, it isn't calorie free and they are probably carbs and useless calories. Put your calories toward good for you food, not junk. Mix your shakes with just a little milk, water and ice in the blender and it will still be very good.
Not getting your fluid in will contribute to bathroom problems when you said earlier you were experiencing. Don't eat until you have had 20 oz of fluid. Make that a rule you live by.
