Menus and Miles Thursday Dec. 19th

Trying to eliminate my mid morning snack and get on a more normal eating schedule of 7-12-3(snack)-6 and bedtime snack. So far it is going pretty well
I have picked a couple holiday events I am going to let myself indulge a tiny bit, next will be Christmas eve, so strictly on program till then!!!
I had my alcoholic drink for the month, it was a peppermint martini, I was really looking forward to it, but sadly it wasn't as good as I anticipated. Sigh. I have found that if I drink alcohol I have trouble controlling my eating so I am limiting myself to the one drink for December.
B greek yogurt, craisins, walnuts, bran buds
L tuna pouch, cheddar cheese, 2 whole wheat crackers, baby carrots
S unsweetened applesauce and cottage cheese
D omlette
S popcorn with a little olive oil
miles treadmill, I actually jogged a bit for the first time in 25 years, fluids 11 cups so far, vites yes, numbers good

I have basically stopped drinking because of 2 reasons, first the calories, second, I eat more when I have even a glass of wine. I still do but it is probably about like your 1x a month. I've had a bottle of Irish Cream that I think I got last year around this time and I still haven't opened it.

I've been drinking a lot of Peppermint tea....LOL. The mint taste has actually been helping me not to pick at things. I've found that a lot of things aren't as good as I remember.
