WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Over the hump day LW's!!! I'm off Friday so I guess I'm part way over the hump. We are having our office Christmas party today. I made a huge fruit salad to share. We will be eating fruit the rest of the week. I'm allowed blueberries and grapes so I enjoyed some of those. One girl made chili and I only took a very small portion. It probably wasn't a good idea.

B: fritatta with zucchini, tomatoes, and turkey sausage...a little shredded parm sprinkled on top
L: leftover skinnytaste chicken rollatini stuffed with proscuitto and sargento ultra thin provolone. Side of steamed spinach and a small scoop of brown rice

So far today I am having a good day. I will probably pay later for the choices I made at lunch though.
I scheduled off so I could finish up my shopping and wrapping but it turns out I am watching grandkids all day because my 2 DD's have to help at the kindergarten's Christmas parties. Too bad one is in the morning and the other is in the afternoon!! I can probably get some wrapping done when I have the baby because he won't have a clue what I'm doing. Next week I only work 2 days....YEAH!!!!

I need to do the decarbing too!! Since I've been struggling with the cramping I have eaten to many carbs because they don't seem to flare up my bladder. This needs to stop!!!!!!

Hi Everyone - Feels like I've dropped out of my normal life! Had a surprise visit from some family and it's been non stop. Add all the kids end of the year parties and last minute Christmas craziness and my computer and I hardly know one another anymore!

I had an all day meeting 45 miles away, yuck, with more changes. Sometimes I just feel like I am drowning in all the paper and change. Muscle pump now and then a potato dinner following. not the best choice if you are low carbing but oh well.

One of the girls made chili that wasn't spicy at all and it was sooooo delicious. It did make me cramp one little bit. She is going to give me the recipe. I'm sure it isn't something I can eat every day but once in awhile will give me my chili fix.
Fortunately we don't have candy bowls at work but I'm having trouble with the cinnamon almonds that we made at work a few weeks ago.
