I took some cheese in to work and forgot all about it... oh well that leaves more for tomorrow!! ;-)

I finally resorted to taking some Miralax - I've taken a couple of batches now so hopefully it'll get to working.  Don't worry I don't have an obstruction, but I'm not happy on going just once a day... I blame my recent problems on those evil painkillers as nothing's really changed in my diet and constipation is definitely a listed side effect :-S

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Greek yogurt 20
L Chicken casserole 30
D Chicken pie (with a burnt crust no doubt!! ;-)) 30

Protein: 110
F 72+

It's a spectacular day here in WNC.  I drove both ponies and have gotten a little work done.  Thor has been coughing and we missed our walk. It's hard when it is in the mid 20s early which is when I want to walk.  At least I get some exercise with the ponies.

Hi Roz - I guess better late than never!

Had another OMG moment with the scale yesterday and back on track.  Not waiting for some time in the future... I'm the highest (again) that I've been since surgery and losing my weight.  I need 10 lbs off. So, very low carb, NO alcohol at all, and it will work!  Woke up this morning feeling pretty good, no gassy/bloaty issues.

B - coffee and ham/cheese grilled veggie omelet

L - double protein drink (Nectar 0 carb fuzzy navel)

D - ham/cheese cubes and filled up fast (yea!)

S - nothing.

Vits:  yep

Water:  did ok

Jody,

Good luck getting back on track.  I have noticed that when I eat better and stay out of the bad carbs that my whole body feels so much better.
