Sunday Weigh In
no not shaky, and not that long after eating (half hour max) I will try to pay more attention next time as to the timing. Heart thumping and sleepy, small headache this time. Lay down and wait it out
Happened again today. I had cheese and crackers and 2 prunes.

That sounds like classic dumping to me, but everyone is different.
One of my indications I'm going to have an RH episode is I get real thirsty... just out of the blue.
And what will trigger an episode one day, may not the next.
Keep an eye on it. When I had what I called "mini dumps" I found it was from the sugar in the fruit I was eating.

That is weird, I have had items with many more carbs than these before. Do you know if it is common to not dump until later post op? I thought dumping was severe. I am 15 months and this has only happened the last week or two.

Dumping CAN be severe, but you can also have "mini-dumps" as I call them.
Some folks continue to dump for years on out. I know folks 8 years out that still dump... I typically don't, but then mine is now the RH.
Think of something you may be doing differently when eating carbs. Have you in the past had carbs/protein together? I believe protein can balance our some of the sugar issues, esp later out. Carbs alone (maybe on an empty stomach) may affect you differently than if you've had something to eat recently that had more protein in it.
Just ideas... I find every time I did it was different...

Good for you! Keep it up and this week, FOCUS on protein at the party but EAT before hand so you are less tempted.

Well, add more fluid, and if you MUST stress eat, make it protein! You'll get this.
