Since it's white chicken chili I am assuming it doesn't have red sauce in it.  Could I make that bland enough I could eat it?  I really miss my go to Wendy's Chili.

I would give your Wendy's chili a little test and see if you can handle it. If they add sugar to it to reduce the acid, maybe it could still work for you.

Where do you get protein coffee from? Synthrax Lemon Tea?  They both sound good to get my protein in.

I brew decaf and mix up a protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, mint cookie, chocolate carmel) 1.5 scoop in about 3/4c of warm water.  Then I use that to "cream" the decaf from a 5 cup maker. 

The lemon tea is syntrax, I put 1/2 scoop in 20 oz of warm water with a tube of peach green tea or mango peach crystal light.

l salmon baked with some green beans

s quest bar

d most of a cabbage roll

s a clementine and a few almonds

vites done

miles ran for 14 hours at work today

Ok so I tried the matrix mint cookie. I think it will be better with ice blended into it but it's just so so for me. here's my menu for today.... Breakfast 2 scoops of mint cookie matrix Snack one ham and cheese bites Lunch 2 oz of tuna in water Snack 3/4 can of bumble bee chicken salad Dinner Ham and Cheese Bites Snack Body fortress protein comes up to around 750 calories and 100 grams of protein 38 carbs

I either do mint cookie in a blender with ice or in decaf or hot chocolate.  both are great.
