Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

WOW...where has the week gone since last over the hump day?????  Just ran to a couple of stores on my lunch and then had to swallow my lunch practically in one gulp.  I'm going to be starving by the time work is over.

Hi Roz - I've been thinking about you and your Protein drink worries.  Wish I had some better alternatives for you - I pay a fortune to have the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Ice Tea sent to me so I am with you on the not knowing what to drink with out it!  I have been craving hot drinks now that the cold weather has set in and have been making a hot chocolate protein that uses the Syntrax Nectar Chocolate flavor and I add a tablespoon of organic raw coco powder, no milk I use ho****er and it is quite tasty and very satisfying.

B:  Coffee then Protein yogurt w/ ground flax seeds =38g

S:  1 slice if cheddar = 5g

L:  Turkey bites with greek yogurt = 18g

S:  25g of mixed raw nuts = 10g

D:  Taco Bake = 12g

S:  Hot chocolate protein = 23g

Spent the day driving the boys all over creation - only got multi vitamin in - not enough water either.  Hmmm maybe an extra protein shake is in my near future!

I'm not suppose to have any kind of chocolate because of the caffeine but I have been drinking my Matrix Mint Cookie every morning. and the cramps aren't major.  I am going to try and eat things from my list but I although I have cut down on my Lemon Tea I just can't eliminate yet. It doesn't seem to cramp me during the day but at night it was awful so I cut that one out. I'm thinking that drinking it late at night leaves it in my bladder longer to irritate it.  I just need to find some kind of flavoring without citric acid.  If I could find a flavoring I could buy Unflavored Protein and doctor it up.

Menu sounds good!!

I was a very good girl last night at the party and only ate turkey, pork and green beans with a bite of 2 different pies.  No where near stuffed, stopped when I started feeling a little full, threw away the rest (very hard for me still).

I've also had a great day today.  It was 22 when I got up but I bundled up and walked Thor, then as it warmed up, drove Halley and Teke.  I feel so much better when the sun is shining  and I get some pony time in.  Muscle pump tonight

decaf protein coffee 33g
eggbeaters, kale, cheese
turkey, roasted brussel sprouts
lemon tea protein  13g
turkey veggie soup
protein shake  33g

Muscle Pump....I could not remember what that was called.  My DD loves it too!

I'm so glad you did good at the party!!!  I try really hard at get together to enjoy visiting and hold off going to the food table as long as I can.  I HATE the cold!!!  I can't imagine taking a walk when it's only 22 out!

Brussel sprouts...I haven't had those in a long time!
