I tried the a sample of that flavor early out and I didn't like it.  I don't think I could drink it unless I added some flavoring.

I use Myfitness pal.

I have the sleeve so I don't get dumping very often. Still am trying to keep sugar/carbs down.

I didn't think that anyone dumped but RNY.  It was a good choice for a sugar addict like me. As far as carbs go I don't seem to have a problem with dumping on them.  I don't really count them unless they are bad carbs like potatoes, pasta, bread, rice, etc.  I do limit my fruits because of the sugar.

Oh the holidays!  I'm not even halfway done with shopping and it seems like Christmas is tomorrow! I hope to get the rest of it done this weekend.

B: egg white wake up wrap from DD

L: leftover carb-less cauliflower shepherd's pie

S: skinny pop

D: having a holiday party at work tonight.  I'm sure there will be appetizers but not enough to make a good meal.  I'll eat something when I get home, I guess.

No miles here today either.

We always have a luncheon for the holidays and every one brings something. They always have it on Wednesdays so they can have leftovers the rest of the week. I wish we just went out to eat so it was over and done with.

Sounds Good!

Hi, I'm looking for recipes and am wondering what the reciepe for the sheppards pie is? Can you either post it here for me or send me a message? I am trying the ricotta bake today and love cauliflower so I would like to try that too. PLUS these could be good things to offer my family. They love Ricotta and they love cauliflower so these may be two good options for everyone.

Cauliflower is one of my favorites!! Here's the recipe for the shepherd's pie...my hubby and I don't even miss the potatoes!  And this is pretty easy to make:

Another great cauliflower recipe is from Eggface.  She originally lists this on her pureed page but I leave the cauliflower whole now.  My family loves this when I make it for holiday meals!

Shelly's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

4 cups Cauliflower, steamed
4 Tbs. Butter, divided use
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 cups Milk
3/4 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese (3 cups)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs (optional)

Steam cauliflower set aside. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, blend in flour & seasonings. Add milk. Coo****il thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese; pour over steamed cauliflower and mix till combined. Top with optional crumbs mixed with remaining 1 tablespoons of butter. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

I copied the recipes and now I have to look at my list of foods I'm allowed and see what I have to adjust.  I sure hope cauliflower isn't a no no because they sounds really good!
