Helloooooo LW's!!!!!! I need help with my Protein Drinks. Are there any you love that do not have Caffeine or Citric Acid? Both of mine have these ingredients and I am not willing to give them up until I find something else. I did cut back the one I drink before bed because it was making me cramp at night. They said before bed is the is the worse time to consume things on the no no list because they don't get washed out for hours. It has helped me sleep better.
Am I the only one who ha**** a road block that's holding me back from getting my Christmas shopping done??? It's so hard to get ideas from some of my family and then there are others that just keep adding to the list....LOL. I'm ready to be done with it ALL!!!!

I hate buying gifts as in this day and age when people buy what they want themselves, it really isn't easy. I've bought a few stocking filler items, but that's it so far.
We have different brands of protein shakes in the UK, so I'll leave that one to other LWs.
I slept right through and didn't have my strontium again - I really don't mind as it's quite exceptional for me to do so twice in a week and if I do it again this year I'll be pleased. After yummy crispy duck on Saturday today's was yuck - I guess you can't compare restaurant food to store bought microwave food. I need to be wealthy enough so I can eat restaurant food every day!!

That's a shame about your duck. I've never had duck. I've never seen it on a menu here. I hate going to restaurants to eat. There food isn't always the same either. Sometimes I really like something and I am excited to order it again because it agreed with my pouch and then the next time it is so dry I can't get it down.

Sorry to hear about your lemon tea, that stinks. About time doesn't have those things, but I don't know if they have a flavor you will like. Good luck with your search, don't forget to look up vitalady, with all those samples, you should be able to find something.
As for Christmas shopping, none done here, I don't even have a list yet, but I don't have to buy for too many. As the boys get older, their gifts are fewer and more expensive! ugh! Makes me feel a little scrooge-ish!

I understand the scrooge-ish feeling! Our family is growing so fast and every ones budget is a little smaller. Just in the last 5 years we have gotten 5 new grandkids, a new son-in-law, and a step DGD. I just can't keep up at this pace.

No miles today except as hostess for our agency Christmas party and lifting the 20lb turkey. I had to get DH to put it in the oven and when it is hot, I'm sure not going to risk trying to take it out. LOL

No. The staff do everything but the meat. I have a turkey in the oven and a pork roast in the crock pot. I should have lots of protein leftovers for the rest of the week, I hope.
I looked at the syntrax caribean cooler and it does NOT have citric acid. I like it with a tube of mango peach crystal light.

darn, it does but you could do it with out the crystal light and it would still be good. I use it because I do half scoops of the protein in 20 oz of water and it needs more flavor but a whole scoop would do it.
