I really like your Protein total but I'm concerned about the 56 carbs in one setting. These carbs are probably slowing you down and you don't even realize it.

Hi Roz,

Trying to stay on track today...I have not been doing very good.

Congrats to the teams.  Your DD sounds like a very busy lady!  My DGS has pink eye so I'm taking off tomorrow to stay with him, then I am traveling Wednesday.  Going to be another busy week.  I had to have a crown and a filling this afternoon and my mouth is not feeling real good right now.

Hows the pink eye doing?  We have had several GKids with pink eye this year. DGD got it the day we were leaving on our cruise.  Beth put drops in it and made her wear her sunglasses until we boarded.

I am allergic to the metal in crowns.  It took the dentist awhile to figure out why I was in pain.  I have to have mine made out of porcelain.

I need to check and see if Salmon is on my "good" list.  I bet canned isn't though unless there is a brand that doesn't add additives.

This menu sounds yummy and healthy!

I just happened upon your post and am smiling ear to ear.  My daughter also does Allstar Cheerleading in the Pittsburgh, PA area and I am very active being her team mom as well as gym mom in the organization.  I just took a little time for my health and had RNY on 11/22 and am back involved full swing.  As luck would have it, I am scheduled to transition to real food the day before the Cheer Supernationals in Indianapolis.  I am petrified as to what I will find to eat but also am worried that I will be so busy that I won’t make time to eat.  I really want to make good habits during my grace period and your point about success later starts with good choices now reminds me that my journey has really started.  Thanks for posting and making me think.

Welcome to our LW Board!!!     That's Awesome!  Where does she cheer?  Are you an FCA hater.....lol?????  I am not a hater of ANY team in Pittsburgh!   I think Pgh.  represents All-Star Cheer WELL!!!   I must warn you I brag about my DD A LOT!!!!

I would love to meet you!!!  A few of our Mom's have had WLS and doing great!

We can't wait for Supernationals!!!    It's so nice to compete against teams that aren't local.

It's hard to eat at these comps. Forgetting to eat isn't an option!  It is hard to make good choices when you are hungry.  I've been trying to think of what Indy has to offer. I remember one of the vendors wouldn't even sell me a banana.  There is the mall where you can make better choices and it's nice walk for exercise.  Just avoid the smell of the Cinnabuns.....LOL.

We love traveling with our girls but when we have to take the grandkids it is very tiring and we don't get to enjoy watching the teams like we used to.

I always wondered what kettlebells was and I seen it advertised some where I was at but I can not remember where right now.

Sounds Good!
