Menus and Miles Monday Dec. 9th
I just use a glass bowl. Sometimes I add a tbs of water or butter, sometimes not. I like it with a splash of soy sauce. then add whatever leftover meat and it is a meal.

My weekend eating wasn't ideal either - I carbed out on my birthday on Saturday and I swear I'm still occasionally suffering today, I didn't go totally mad but you know how people say that the bottom has dropped out of my world... well for me the world has dropped out... well you KWIM.
I think I'm going to take an extra probiotic - maybe I've upset the balance of something!! ;-)

I went out to a Chinese restaurant with DH and my parents. I had some cookies and cheesecake mid-afternoon and therein lay my problem. I'm OK now though.

Miles curves this morning, walked Buddy only one mile, its too cold! Maybe yoga tonight, not sure.
Safe and Sound but very tired. DH, SIL and 4 grandkids left before the second comp. was over because the kids were getting cranky and we were exhausted. Parents kept updating us on how it was going...but parents are usually blinded to the teams mistakes....LOL. I had to wait until results and then from my DD to find out how they really did.
I went to Curves for years. I wonder if it changed much.
WOW...such control....NO DUMPLINGS! That's the best part....LOL.
Sounds Good!

Thanks Gina! Your menu reminded me I need to buy blueberries. Blueberries, melon and peaches are the only fruits I am allowed. I HATE Melon and I'm surprised about the peaches.
Sounds Good!
Didn't DS get that job?
