laundry and housework, yuck, necessary evils.

I have been getting peanut packets from my scratch and dent grocery and really enjoying them as an easy portable snack, then I looked at the label.  Each little packet which I was wolfing down was 2 servings.  Yikes.  I love nuts but I don't have much self control when it comes to having a "few".

The "taco bake" I make has ground beef, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and either corn or kidney beans in the bottom of a pan, covered with cheddar and cornbread baked on top.  Pretty calorie laden, oh yes I forgot you put sour cream on it.  Haven' t make that since prior to surgery!

B scrambled egg and hummus in half of a ww pita, cutie

S almonds

L veggie salad with chicken and walnuts, cheddar cheese

S low fat ricotta and pumpkin

D out to dinner  salmon baked potato green beans

S popcorn

vites good, miles no, fluids good, numbers good

good menu.

Yeah, I used to make one like that too but these days, I leave out the cornbread and the tomato sauce.  i eat mine over lettuce, the guys eat it over chips.  And I do use greek yogurt to top it.  All that makes it pretty WLS friendly.
