Hopefully Roz is having a good competition and will have safe travels home.
Rainy and cold here. At least the guys are gone and I can get paperwork done with no disturbance and we are just getting rain, not ice.
I need to do some cooking too, I am totally out of carbquick rolls and pizza chips. I thought we would have leftover meatloaf but the guys ate it all.

Had fun Christmas shopping with youngest DD
B scrambled eggs and cheddar in half pita
S cheese stick rolled up in deli turkey
L Panera bread turkey cobb salad (1/2) with1/4 of a whole wheat bagette
D hamburger patty on bagel thin, part of an apple
S greek yogurt, raisins, bran buds
Vites good, miles none, fluids 9 cups so far, numbers good.
Boy that bagel thin did not agree with me, next time I will only eat half and toast it first. Feels like I have a rock sitting in my stomach.

Sorry about the bagel. I do find toasting bread helps but I haven't tried any bagels, thin or thick yet.
