Happy with that for sure Funny thing is days I eat more the next day is when I lose a bit. ( eating more is defined as 1300 calories LOL)
Thinking it might be time to change my "official' goal to 145, want to stay below it for a couple weeks before I change my ticker. Then who knows, 140 here I come!
