Still and steady~~161 pounds and I have lost 58% of my excessive weight according to the doctor at my visit last Thursday. Dropped a pant size. I am 4.5 months out and so excited to simply be losing. Stay warm y'all!

We put up a bit outside since the town Christmas parade starts and ends right on our street. But not putting up anything inside as we will be out of town visiting the grandbabies.
