Oh my aching head! Morning LW's
OK Sandman, were you the one that filled my head up with cement last night?
Oh my head is pounding and I have so much sinus pressure. I guess it will be a couple of tylenol and a protein coffee for breakfast this morning. I need to get some psuedophed or something today when I am out. Even my eyeballs hurt! I guess I am a little whimpy, I dont seem to get sick hardly at all anymore since my surgery. Ok, enough of that.
Not much going on today, a little physical therapy, maybe some curves if this head settles down.
Got my vites lined up and my water pitcher ready to go. Started back adding some decaf tea to get more liquids down. Just dont feel thirsty. Even got some lemons to slice to put in the pitcher to help with some flavor.
Had a great appointment with the doctor yesterday. I thought I was going to get a lecture after he asked me several times about the dosages of my vitamin routine, but then after he saw my lab work, he was like "How did you figure out these doses?" I told him about you guys here on OH and the Vitaliady, he kind of gave me a funny look then said, "Well keep it up, you are doing an amazing job!"
So a big shout out to Vitalady, Gina and all the others here that help out! Thanks for the gift of health!!
And all you lightweights that share your journeys here on OH!
Love ya!!!

I have Dr Schauer also but don't have my year appt till February. I did see Dr. Gorty this week and nutrition and they were really pleased about my weight. and agreed with the plan I am following. I had expected to be told I was too thin. I also have to give much of the credit to OH and this board. I live so far from Cleveland that I couldn't take advantage of much of the aftercare they offer. I pretty much did follow the nuts instructions with some tweaks I learned about here. thanks everyone!

Hurray for you and staying up with your vits. I'm doing labs and appointments next month and anxious to see how I am doing. I have been good about taking everything so I hope ok.
But sorry for your head. Hope it goes away soon. Makes it hard to do anything with a headache in the way.
Getting ready to go walk then the trimmer is coming to do the horses. I thought I wouldn't get a drive in because of rain but it doesn't look bad and I may get to drive after all. Then work. I love being able to set my own schedule and time, other than when meetings interfer, so I can still play with my ponies.

Thanks Price! Finding it hard to get motivated this morning. Still in my robe working on my second protein coffee.
Dont you hate it when work gets in the way of doing what you really want to do! Those are some lucky ponies.
Buddy keeps going by the door and looking at me, like come on lady, lets go! He's breaking my heart. I just might have to get moving. I am sure I will better once I do.
Hope your head feels better.... I have had some sinus crud off and on for awhile now - I know it's all with this weather changing back and forth.
I need to get my labs done - I've been saying it for over 6 months.. I have the lab order, just have to get my behind in and do it! Glad you had a good appointment. I dont' see my surgeon anymore. I probably should have for my 5 year, but if I hadn't gained this weight, I may have. Last time, 10 lbs lighter I got the "look"... UGH!
I also don't get all my water in. I need to do better. I have a pitcher of ice tea made in the fridge, but hardly touch it. Shame on me!

Hi Jody! Haven't seen the surgeon since my first annual appointment. Now I see the bariatrician. I have kept off 77 percent off my weight off which after 3.5 years they consider successful.
you have done so well. 10 pounds doesn't matter you are still a success!
wishing us both luck with the liquids.
