WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Over the hump day again!!! The weeks are flying by. On my break I was trying to get on to Victoria Secret and it's blocked....I guess it's to racy for the state.
I've been really cramping today. I just can't pin point what's causing it. Sometimes it hurts right after I eat but other than my Protein drink I haven't had anything yet today so I can't figure it out. I think I need to do some more research.

Price I'm beginning to think it's my Protein drinks. I am allowed Whey Protein but it does list citric acid in the ingredients. I'm definitely NOT drinking enough water. I am not a fan of water but I need to start working on it. I am allowed decaffeinated tea so I have been trying to add that in.
I wish I knew the answer to your scales question. I've been discouraged over the couple of pounds I have put on and I can't figure out how to get rid of them.
Sounds like a good day for you!!

Maybe the protein drink is causing you issues. I know I still have issues with powdered milk although I do seem to 'get away' with protein drinks.
I'm happy to report that I didn't take my strontium last night as getting in 10 batches of vites relies on me getting up to use the bathroom and last night for the first time in many many weeks I didn't get up yay!! The cake carbs I had yesterday obviously agreed with me!!

Roz, are you drinking fruity protein shakes or creamy? I'm thinking there is citric acid in the fruity ones.

I'm beginning to think it's my Lemon Tea Protein and it makes me pretty upset. I am allowed Whey Protein but it does list Citric Acid in it. What in the world will I do?????? I get heartburn when I flavor water with MIO or crystal lite but I haven't had any trouble with my Lemon Tea.
Sounds Good Gina!

Definitely related to my bladder. I'm just hoping it's not because of my Lemon Tea Protein. I don't know what I'll do.
Love the varitey!

Hi Roz, sorry to hear you are still having trouble with the cramping. Gina had a good idea about the citric acid, any relation to food coloring or additives that might be in the protein? Hope you can get some relief soon.
