Menus and Miles Tuesday Dec. 3rd
Been battling head hunger these days - not sure why yet, but man what a drag!
B: Coffee then Protein yogurt w/ ground flax seeds = 40g
L: Miso soup and maki rolls + 1 piece of sushi = 30g
S: 6 peacans =5g
D: Leftover puy lentils with wild mushrooms - 20g
All vitamins in - still working on fluids - walked 3 miles
Are you sure it's head hunger? If I miss taking my Prilosec for a couple of days I feel hunger.
I would really like to see you get more Whey Protein in. Your body doesn't absorb most of the Protein that you are taking in.

I've never toasted burssel sprouts but they sound good. I need to get a steamer for my microwave. I had some steamed asparagus at a restaurant and it was sooooo good.
