Happy Tuesday Lightweights!!! It just dawned on me that this is December. I know I posted that on my MM title yesterday but it just didn't sink in. All I know for sure is that Friday is payday!!!!!
I just ordered my DD#2 T25 exercise videos for Christmas. I sure hope I ordered the right one. She did the P90X and she did really good firming up her body but since she got married and her exercise time has been limited so the T25 is suppose to be shorter.

I need to be more disciplined to exercise... I'm just not.
I had the foamies the other night. Not the real foam like in the "old days", but it was all the same symptoms. I had a half of a peanut butter sandwich - never have had that happen before. I must not have chewed it well enough, but peanut butter can do that to me if I eat it off a spoon, but never before when I've eaten it on bread. I was miserable... I've never been able to throw up since my WLS, so it's more like dry heaves - no fun!

thanksgiving, like 4 hours after supper, I had a SF hot chocolate w/ protein and it sent me over the edge. Weird how stuff can still hit us when we least expect it.

I know! That's so true!! And it confounds me when it's something that never bothered you before, but then one day it does....?????

You probably did eat to fast or took too big a bite. Maybe the bread was a little dry. Sometimes there just isn't an explanation. I know it's miserable at the time but after the misery passes I think of it as a blessing.
Exercise and I don't agree....lol. DD#2 and 3 love it! I guess it makes sense that they are my thinnest DD's. DD#1 is super busy and never seems to sit down but like me struggles with her weight.

Happy December! I hate exercising too but I know it's necessary so I force myself! Gotta get back into my groove.

Thanks! :) Well, I had them made at my cafeteria at work haha. But normally I would use already cooked/steamed broccoli and mix it into scrambled egg whites with a sprinkling of cheese. Coo****il the cheese is melty and eggs are done!
