Menus and Miles Monday Dec. 2nd
I feel the same way about my routine.
I miss my pizza chips. I might try to make some with ground beef and cheese. I'm allowed mild cheddar but I won't be able to add any kind of seasoning.

Yesterdays menu: today's is pretty much the same.
Breakfast: Protein shake 60 grams protein
Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna in water 20 grams protein
Dinner: 3 oz spiral ham and half cup cabbage 19 grams of protein
Snack: Protein shake 30 grams of protein
Not doing so good the last couple of days with my liquids. Got 59 oz yesterday
139 grams of protein and working on my water now. almost done with 16.9 oz water bottle then I'm going to do a 20 oz shake
so far I didn't gain any weight this week. Holding steady at 176.8 yay

Cheese lowfat ravioli w homemade spahetti sauce extra garlic , homegrown oyster mushrooms yum. Coffee Lattes a lot of em ... skeeving meat so what can I do ... though I'd rather be less scatterbrained.
I have noticed that evening promrose oil capsules and huperzine A really help with that though . Today we may be settling our divorce . I'm praying its the case and we can achieve a relatively painless and positive settlement. Have all my digits crossed that I can, knocking on wood every time I pass a doorway , praying every ten minutes ...
How did it Go???????? My DD#2 got divorced about 12 years ago and in August she married the most wonderful man. I've never seen her so happy.
