Good morning LW's!

Just sipping some protein coffee and watching the blue jays in the tree. They are truly a noisy bird. Driving my kitty crazy as he sits in the window watching.

Got my vitamins lined up for the day. I took out pork chops from the freezer for dinner. I think I will roast some brussel sprouts, and make some pierogis for the boys. Working on upping my liquids, but with the cooler temps, I just dont feel like drinking.

I took this week off, so it is nice to be home and catching up on some things I have been letting slide. Curves this morning then yoga tonight.

Hi Maria - enjoy your week off!  I just had a vacation, but could use another!!  

Yumm - pork chops.  It's been awhile since I've made them - that's a great idea for dinner tonight!  How do you cook yours?

I always feel you need a vacation from a vacation!

About the porkchops, the boys love them breaded and fried, for me I usually sautee with a little olive oil and garlic or broil.

Trying to get back in a good routine here.  I agree with the vacation from vacation.  I was overwhelmed yesterday trying to hit the ground running and catch up on everything.  But Thor and I took a walk this morning, I got to drive Halley, finish the billing and now am headed to a meeting.  DH is going to get hay for me so that is one thing off my list.

I know what you mean about drinking in the cold.  I tend to do hot drinks instead of cold and they just aren't as large.  I need to start doing some herbal tea again.  Maybe that would help.  Just finished another protein decaf coffee/hot chocolate, 20 oz.

sounds like you have your day all figured out :)

i wish I were as disciplined as you with exercise !!  Curves and yoga, impressive 

i am making steak fajitas tonight. I make mine a salad and the guys use shells.
