Thandksgiving
I did excellent for thanksgiving. I had ham and cheese. No starches except for ONE cracker to go with my cheese and I had 1/4 slice of cheese cake. I barely ate for thanksgiving. Yesterday I had protein shakes and ham cabbage and potatoes minus the potatoes. Ithink I am doing pretty damn good for the holiday eating. We will see how I do for the following month. I am selling cookies and fudge so Temptation will be everywhere but I am usually pretty good about not partaking when I'm cooking. I'm weird like that, always have been. When I'm cooking large amounts of anything I tend not to eat. yay. hopefully this will be a way to supplement my income.

I think I did pretty good too. I took a smidgen of everything and ate some of all. The dessert I mostly fed to my 1 year old granddaughter. She kept coming at me with her mouth open - who can resist that? :)
I really do love what my tool does for me, even 5 years out. My plate wasn't even half full.. but everyone elses' was. They're used to me eating like that and don't make a sound about it.
